Dr. Dinh was so caring and easy to talk to. Her staff were also caring and friendly. They were all on time and efficient.
Central appointment scheduling is necessary, and I recognize the need to reschedule. However, there doesn't seem to be an alignment between the doctor's original plan and rescheduling when it's required. That's operational, and not under the control of the provider. She's gone out of her way to keep my care on target.
I just wish I had more time to express my health concerns. It felt rushed.
She provides a very comfortable environment, she is easy to talk to, provides answers to my questions & listens to me.
She listens and gives you time to explain your medical problem. She allows you to be part of any medical decisions that need to be made. I was not rushed through my appointment.
