Rushed
I didn't feel that Dr. Nangia and his associates that attended to me in the hospital were on the same page with my treatment plan. Dr. Nangia was quick to dismiss my heart issues and told me I needed to learn to deal with it on my own. I'm definitely going to get a second opinion because his treatment plan was very different then what his associates told me and to me that is a red flag. He even wants to take me off the heart meds that we're giving to me in the hospital even thought it was his people that prescribed them to me. I was not happy with this visit and I feel more confused and scared now.
The staff were very friendly and updated all my information and questioned me on my health as I saw it. The whole experience was fast, efficient and because I am doing what I am suppose to do LIFE IS GOOD.
Dr dismiss concern about medication.Im not sure how serious my illness is or treatment options except weight loss.refused to entertain treatment options because of my weight. Pushing back the procedure until more weight loss but have meet past goals. Didn't seem to know heath history. Poor bedside manner.Didn't schedule for perfered procedure i discussed. will be seeking another physician.
The Intake person did not know who Quartz Insurance is!
