I personally wasn't the patient at this appointment. I was present on behalf of my older sister. The doctor and staff spent considerable time with her and we were satisfied with the appointment. It was determined that she will need to undergo a procedure and are waiting for Central Scheduling to make contact. They don't appear to be too responsive in initiating a call and definitely not to urgency.
The doctor and his staff were very courteous and explained everything so I could understand it.
