I discovered the Live Well app when I visited an Advocate emergency care in S Elgin to give a blood sample for another doctor. The orders for her tests were there, but they required fasting. I recommend that you push the app, its functions, and it's benefits to your clients.

Dr. Gupta was the best! She made me feel at ease about my procedure while I was feeling tense not sure of how it was gonna go. I felt comfortable and will consider her as my doctor for the future.

Dr. Gupta seems to be very humbling, easy to talk to and caring doctor. I really like her chairside manners. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

This was a new patient consult. I didnt expect her to know my medical history. This was a really a terrific and positive experience. Looking forward to working with dr Gupta on bettering my overall health.

Dr Gupta was great. I feel happy to have found her as a physician. Her office staff was very helpful as well.

I'm a little disappointed that my appointment took 3 months to get just to find out I have to wait another 2 months for a physical appointment to do the same exact thing. Not sure what the point of the first appointment was for. Meeting the doctor can be done same time as physical, was a waste of time.

Although I like how Dr. Gupta takes time to discuss your medical history and next steps, each time I go to see her I have to wait well over an hour to be seen. My appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn't seen until after 5:30. This is not the first time this has happened and is influencing me wanting to look into finding a different doctor.

I am very happy with Dr Gupta and hope she'll be my Dr for a long time.
