Waiting time Was very bad 1:20 minutes before I can see my doctor

My appointment was set for 10:00 a.m., I arrive at 9:45 a.m., was called into exam room at 10:35 a.m., Dr Gupta came into room at approximately 11:10 a.m., appointment ended at 11:45 a.m. The time spent waiting needs to improve significantly!!!!!!

Dr Gupta is always very thorough ?

Advocate Health is the bane of medical care. As an organization, it serves no useful purpose other than interfering with direct contact with my doctor and their staff. I would gladly choose ANY other doctors office if not for my 30 years being seen by Elgin Family Physicians. I cannot say in strong enough terms how utterly awful everything Advocate touched they have made worse.
