Dr Polyak explains everything thoroughly and encourages one to better healthcare. I really enjoyed my visit with her.

My provider lesson to me, understand the issues. She addressed each, give me the understanding of each and how we would address each. The provider gave me understanding of each. I am very confident in her solutions, and the way she review everything. She does a great job. Thank for her taking care of me.

She did more in one day than other ones I been to. She listen and explain everything clearly so far I'm glad I found her.
