The Doctor explained in detail my medical problem with food caught in my throat and made a appointment to see a specialist

I'm lucky to have Dr Polyak as my primary care physician. She's very caring and intelligent.

The whole staff are friendly. IAM happy having Dr Polyak taking care of my health.. everyone are polite and nice

Everything went smoothly with my office visit with Dr Polyak and her nurse. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They are the best! My only complaint would be the front desk. They are unfriendly and not welcoming. The lady that checked me in never made eye contact and seemed very cold in checking me in. Also, as I was waiting in the waiting room to be called back, I could hear one of the receptionists speak to a patient very rudely about rescheduling their ultrasound appointment firmly saying "we don't do that test here, call your doctor!" It's a shame that the receptionists lack compassion and friendliness. I really like Dr Polyak but am considering switching providers if I continue to have this experience with her front desk.

My appointments are always on time and Dr. Polyak is an excellent physician. She listens and has helped me with many medical issues. She is the best.

The doctor was very thorough as this was the first time seeing her. I felt very comfortable talking with with her and sharing some concerns. She listened and then decided to a test and is now referring me to a specialist.
