Dr. Polyak explains clearly, asks important questions, and takes the time to create a relationship with my mom. She is supportive, and seeks ways to help mom feel confident.

When I was mistaken about my recorded previous visit with her, she did not challenge my memory. Instead she waited for me to discover my own mistake. She spent extra time with me while she checked every available record. She even called my husband to check on me.
