Dr Polyak has always been kind and informative. Dr had taken care of my father until he needed to be in a nursing home, as well as me. My father was a huge fan of Dr. Polyak and so am I. She is kind, warm and has a gentle disposition. I feel comfortable sharing anything with her. I know eventually she will retire, but selfishly, I dread the day when it comes.
