Very upbeat. Could tell that he really wanted to help and knew my medical history. He also gave me ideas so I could try to resolve the issues.

The person who checked me in was great (she sat by herself on the side away from the main desk) and the ladies who did my EEG were amazing. I could have done without overhearing the political conversation by the other ladies at the front desk.

This visit was very fast my daughter was comfortable being there.

It was a good visit, one I will undertake in another year.

They should really try and make sure that if a patient has any sort of issue with mobility (walkers, wheel chairs, canes etc) they aren't put in the very last room in the far back.

It was a routine checkup for medication and as always on time, addresses all my concerns, very approachable.

I didn't know what to expect going into the appointment. The entire medical staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Shah ordered additional tests and labs so I will have another appointment in a few weeks.

Dr. Shah was kind enough to do a video appointment with me so I could take care of an urgent health issue. He did an assessment based on what my primary care Internest MD & a referring neuropsychologist sent to him, as well as how I answered his questions. As a result, he prescribed medication & gave me instructions to follow. I felt it was very advantageous!
