Dr. Shah seems to be a good doctor, he scheduled cat scan for me which I am hoping will give me some answers.

The virtual visit was very convenient for me, but staff was confused if it was a phone or video.

I sat in the exam room for about 30 minutes after being taken back and the doctor was 20 minutes behind despite me being the first appointment of the day.
