This provider comes to us in a timely manner, very professional in his dealings with us, gives us good advises what we need to do, in every step of the way, we definitely understand what he wants to convey and for sure repeat to us if we do not understand right away as we (me & my wife are seniors). He explain it further without hesitant in a polite manner, so far I always recommend Dr. Ulysses Magnanao to family members, relatives and friends. A nice person to deal with.

Always professional, happy with experience

The consultation visit is consistently later than the actual appointment. The appointment is 10am, arrived early at 9:45 but still waited 45 min in the room until the doctor got to me.

Friendly staff, showed concern about my comfort and my time spent in the office. Very efficient

Nothing but I have issue with your billing department. They sent so many bills and you don't which one will I have to pay. They don't bill our second insurance and right away it's our responsibility to pay.I tried to explain to them about our second insurance that wasn't billed and their answer is you call them.
