The virtual visit experience uses a modal Zoom window which prevents interaction with the rest of the app. One cannot look at history, messages, etc while waiting for the visit to start. That needs to change. There also is no feedback from the physician's office that he is running late. So, I had to call the office after waiting to find out he had prior visits that he running over. Need an in-app means to communicate between office and patient as waiting gets old, especially with no explanation or ability to find out what's going on. Suggest you revamp the virtual visit experience. It's an appealing alternative when in-person visits aren't required but as implemented leaves a lot to be desired.
