Follow up with Dr Nawaz was very reassuring .
With discussion regarding my lab results and my current vitals the nurse took prior to meeting with Doctor. I was given great reviews on last tests.
There was no need for the appointment. It could have been a phone call. "Your blood results are all in the normal range. There is nothing I can do for you." Why did I waste my time and money on an appointment. That is something that could have been relayed to me over a phone call, or even a message on the app. I am getting really upset at how money hungry Aurora is and how much they really don't seem to care about their patients. I really think some changes need to be made. It's not just me, it's a talked about issue in the medical professional community as well.

Dr. Nawaz is "on top of his game". He remembers what we discussed at my last visit and is prepared to answer my questions when he sees me. He is very professional and highly experienced; besides being quite personable : )
All staff are professional and caring. Very courteous and thoughtful. They make feel valued. The building is clean and comfortable. Staff respects your time and there is very little wait time. I highly recommend the staff!
