Dr Nawaz and his team are the best. They are caring, informative and make you feel heard!
I want to command the reception team for their kindness and diligence. I appreciate their acknowledgment. The provider wasn't great. I saw him for less than five minutes. He asked me maybe one question during my visit. It left a lot to be desired. He just said I'll see you in six months. Make sure you follow up on your B12 supplements. That will address what you filled out on the questionnaire. No further discussion. He also took the opportunity to tell me that I should've followed up when my B12 wasn't refilled. OK. I have some ownership. So do the people that transmit my prescription. The previous provider had me do B12 shots on site. That was much more convenient and aligned with my busy schedule.
Dr. Nawaz is just wonderful. The nurses and care team are great too.

When answering about the nurse she was very nice but with the mask I could not understand her. She was not in the room later with the doctor. I really like Dr. Nawaz. My saying is a great doctor is knowledge and personal bed side manner. So far with all of the doctors I've had since my operations and visit started I have nothing but the praises for the outstanding Aurora staff.
