First time seeing this doctor. He was excellent. I would see him again. Welcoming agents were friendly and thorough. All in all a top shelf experience.

Dr Mensen was awesome. My only issue is I gave my insurance information months prior to the visit , then again when I checked in, and it still isn't registering and I don't want to be charged.
my bus was late and twice I called to let them know I was on the way. I was on hold over 8 minutes each time. Dr Mensen is awesome.

I waited 35 minutes in the lobby before finally going up to the desk to clarify if I had the right time. They told me that someone had marked me "absent." They brought me back 35 minutes after my appt. time and the nurse immediately told me to get on the scale to measure my height and weight. She never directed me to empty my pockets or take off my boots (which elevated my height by at least 1/2"). I thought this was so careless and irresponsible, since this is my health. I also felt a bit rushed and the nurse didn't ask questions clearly. At times, she was mumbling and trailing off in her questions, and had I not clarified, she wouldn't gotten information wrong. Finally, the nurse giving me my shots walked out at one point and said to me before leaving "hold on, I want to make sure I gave you the right dosage." That does not instill a lot of confidence for me. When I was getting blood drawn for my labs, the tech mentioned something like "I don't want to be giving you a big ol' needle" when she explained that the blood drawing process would be taking a while because she used a little needle.
