This was my first visit to establish care. I had a great experience with the doctor, his staff and the other staff members in reception and the lab.

I am and have always been very happy being under Dr. Mensen's care. He and everyone in the office are pleasant and efficient.

Working with Dr. Mensen is very satisfying and I have no complaints about him at all. How your organization handles patient phone calls and appointment matters is another story. In a word trying to communicate with Advocat-Aurora is a nightmare. Stop being Big Business and remember you are dealing with people not their checkbooks!
