Is always a pleasure my appointment whit Dr. Mensen

There was some ambiguity about the "Portal". As a new patient, I had no idea was it was, besides having received a vague email inviting me to set it up. I followed the email prompted link to set up my portal, but upon arrival to the office, I was informed that I was not active (despite my information being filled-in in the portal prior to my visit). I needed to be send two-three additional links, via email and text, to set up my account. I found it easy to find information about my prescriptions and visit notes in the portal, although it was unclear where I should follow-up in the future should I have questions for the provider. Also, I arrived well before my visit time (about 30 minutes prior) and still had to wait fifteen minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

Dr. Mensen is the best. So glad to have him as part of my Healthcare team. He is definitely a keeper.

Dr. Mensen is wonderful and thorough. He seems to genuinely care and appreciate his calm, understanding demeanor. A genuine asset to any medical institution.
