Waited for lab to open at 8am for blood draw as I fasted that day. Left at 8:30 and lab was still not open.

I was 15 minutes late due to unexpected traffic prior to arrival for my appointment. My account could have easily been cancelled due to this as I had already passed the 10 minutes grace period for my appointment. However, Dr. Mensen and his team was able to contact me and accommodate my tardiness without giving me a hard time. I appreciated that because it didn't require me to have to come back again for the same appointment. The environment and treatment have been receiving at the clinic has always been the best and that is the reason why I will continue my care all throughout because customer service experience values at lot in my opinion.

I was instantly comfortable with Dr. Mensen. But the physical was very different from those I've had the past 50 years. I sent an email asking a few follow-up questions, but I have yet to receive an answer, and it's been about 2.5 days. I believe that it will be a good relationship. I need to get to know Dr. Mensen better. But I think there should be more time for conversation for a first visit and not just "What medical issues do you think you have?" A relationship needs to be started, at least for the first visit. But overall, I'm very happy.
