Had a sense of relief talking to Dr. Sherman
Continuity of nursing staff is lacking at this location.
before my memory questions, it was not explained to me to look at the picture and remember it because it would be asked about it later. I felt blindsided at the end when I was asked if I remembered it. This relates to the speech therapist.
Dr Sherman is extremely knowledgeable. She listens & provides her insights, recommendations in an articulate manner, with compassion & "lightness of being".
She was very thorough and took care in discussing any changes that were done to my medications. I was very satisfied. ?
The therapist presented the memory exercises in a pleasant and engaging way.
They were both very nice. I enjoyed my visit. ??
Dr. Tracy was amazing. She spent all the time I needed to discuss my concerns. I never felt as though I was being rushed.
My sister, my son & his wife were @ this appt. & staff & Dr. Made them feel welcome to be part of my appointment, which I wanted.
