My sense is that Dr. Sherman combines medical expertise with genuine concern for her patients.

I like Tracy. She did not discuss mammograms, colonoscopy or other immunizations I might need, even though I got Covid & flu shots at Walgreens. She didn't bring it up. Maybe I got her on a bad day. I didn't ask at time.

Dr. Sherman is wonderful. The support personnel, though, seem very disorganized and simple things like ensuring a POA Medical is on a call for a virtual appointment took close to an hour to figure out, including having to sit on hold for 30 minutes. There appears to be an off-site answering service and it appears difficult for them to get any messaging to the site. Makes for a very frustrating experience and concerning that the support staff isn't truly supporting the doctors and nurses.

Very positive experience. She is practical, knowledgeable, compassionate, & pleasant.
