I do not like the fact that I cannot access my doctor directly. Any problems/concerns cannot be taken care of over the phone because I have to go through the network operators and a response may take up to 24-48 hours. I find that having to use the Patient MyChart cumbersome and not efficient. As a long time patient of Dr. Quinn I should be able to talk directly to her when I need to.
Dr Quinn is the best doctor I've had. The office she works out of often runs smoothly and on time.

I love Dr Quinn but getting a timely appointment is difficult, because everyone else loves her too and she is extremely busy. I wish some allowance could be made for her older original patients. I would like to be able to call for appointments and get one in a timely manner. At times I have had an appointment offered to me two months in the future. It's a bit difficult to schedule my illness to fit in with her schedule. I don't have any answers for this problem unless it's for her to discontinue accepting new patients. But maybe she has already done this.

Dr. Quinn and her staff are great and very caring and helpful! But it's hard to get a quick appointment...sometimes waiting 4 to 6 weeks! ? ?
