My appointment was for my A1C follow-up. In a few minutes, I couldn't hide that I was in a lot of pain and started crying. After listening to the details, Dr. Quinn took immediate initiative to manage my high level of pain from multiple injuries and surgery, telling me that it seems my current pain medication stopped working. She prescribed a different kind of pain medication which is bringing some relief. I am very grateful. Dr. Quinn has the experience and wisdom to know how to help. She is caring and has excellent boundaries. This is why I trust her wholeheartedly with my Healthcare.

I had a msg on the portal to call for an appointment. When I got there, no one knew about it. I was able to show them a talk-to-text copy of the conversation and that the appointment appeared on the portal. They fit me in at that point. I understand that part of the confusion was due to their computers being down, but if I hadn't been able to show the text from the phone call and the portal, I would have had to wait 6 weeks for a medication change.

Dr. Quinn and the entire staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient with their time, thoughtful and give a sense of truly caring about me. I could not be more pleased to have Dr. Quinn and the Wauconda office as my PCP.
