No matter how busy he is,, Dr. Goodman always takes time to address my questions or concerns. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He also is kind and compassionate, and has a good sense of humor, all of which makes visits with him actually relaxed and pleasant. FYI, I'd stubbed my toe so went to an Aurora Urgent Care about two weeks prior to my appointment for a toenail trim with Dr. Goodman. I wanted to talk with Dr. Goodman about this mishap and assumed the nurse or Dr. Goodman would've been aware of it per my Livewell record. Neither was and individually each made a note of it during my visit. Maybe this is typical but I thought medical staff would review my record before seeing me and thus be aware of my toe injury. Apparently, Livewell info is strictly for my use and I am still responsible for calling my doctor's attention to any incident of note. In this case, the mishap was minor but if it were more serious perhaps it'd be a good thing if somehow the Livewell documentation could be automatically brought to a doctor's attention when posted. Backgrounding Dr. Goodman or his nurse in this way would be a more proactive use of Livewell if such programming were possible. Just a thought.
