Dr. Goodman is always on time with his appointments. He knows that the patients time is valuable to them too. Dr. Goodman is always warm, smiling and welcoming. He arrives knowing my medical history. He always explains everything he will be doing to my feet. Dr. Goodman is vigilant in his exams of my feet, foot pulse, checking between all my toes and having me close my eyes and then does little pricks to be sure I can feel everything in my feet correctly. We then discuss anything I need to do before my next appointment. I leave every appointment with the satisfaction of knowing I was treated like a member of his family. I always recommend Dr. Goodman to all our family and friends.
Dr Goodman always takes good care of my nails when I visit. He is caring and is very gentle, discuss nail care if needed.
Dr. Goodman is a very good Dr. & very personable & so is his staff. However, not happy with the gals at the main desk. On this particular day, I asked if someone could help my Husband in a wheelchair from the car & wheel him inside. Gal at desk said no. Previous appointments, Dr Goodman has provided someone to help us, but gal at desk would not call him & said I need to do it myself. When I said Dr Goodman always has someone help us, she made a snide remark about him, which I thought was very unprofessional. I injured my back &, it is very difficult for me to do it myself, but I ended up doing it. After the appointment, a gentleman working back in Dr Goodman's office saw me struggling & happily offered to help, which he did & we were very thankful. We have never run into this problem at any other medical complex. Not sure what the problem is up at the main desk, but I think they need some training on how to treat patients who come in & need a little help. I am always polite & never rude. I don't appreciate being treated in that manner, especially when the gal at the desk wouldn't even call Dr Goodman's office for me.
