Dr Schnettler definitely helped me get back to an active lifestyle quickly. I appreciate everything he did for me.
Friendly staff and doctor. It's apparent from our recent appointments that Aurora is expecting their physicians to rush through appointments. These medical personnel are having to take on too much. Health care seems very different than years ago, at Aurora. Disappointing.

First time seeing this provider. He was very positive and encouraging and I felt very comfortable and very happy with service. I would definitely recommend this provider!
The person who scheduled the APPT, when I asked do I just go to Hartford Hosp, told me yes. When I got there they said no, the clinic down the road was where I should be. Then when I got ther I parked by what I considered the main entrance and when inside discovered I had to walk down a long hallway to the elevator to the lower level (which has an entrance from the lot on the other side of the building. All while on a left leg that ached with every step. Next time I will ask for the actual address and what entrance to use. Would have saved me time and a lot of pain.
Dr. Schnettler is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend him.

It was a good experience, that I was able to talk face to face with him!!!! I was talking to much, and I was told by him, that I was talking about my wife, with her problems, instead of mine. He told me I was keeping him from other patients. I am glad that he did take the time with me.
I was told that I would get a call to make an appointment with a referred doctor and have not gotten that call yet. I felt comfortable with Dr. Schnettler.
