Aurora's time limits on visits have nearly destroyed your institution and led the flight of many talented MDs, NPs, RNs, etc.
Dr. Puffett is an excellent doctor. One of the most thorough I have ever had with over 50 years at the clinic.
everybody from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were so nice and helpfull great job
He took an hour explaining how my meds work for me. He took the time to draw charts on paper towels. To show how the meds work in my system. He listened to me and we talked about my number and types of drugs I should be taking.

All of the staff in the office were friendly which is always a relief as going to the Dr. is stressful enough as it is. The nurse was amazing, Dr. Puffett is amazing. The lab staff are friendly and quick as well. I can't stress enough how much it means to have a good Doctor with great bedside manner.
As I get older I find that the Doctor visits are way too short and I always feel rushed. I didn't even get halfway through my questions on this visit.

Our dr is getting better, very young, our first visit was hard, but. This being our second it went better. We are seniors and deal with many issues that we need addressed so for now he is our primary.
