Dr Puffett has amazing listening skills. He is highly skilled, ver knowledgeable, listened to me, and authentically cares for me and my health. He was very patient and kind. I loved how gracious he was to the nurses. I respect him and feel confident in him.

Making further appointment seemed to be difficult for the staff. How to do it seemed difficult for them. Making an appointment 6 months out took far to long.
