Both nurse and doctor helped me understand what eye condition was and that i hamm understood the treatment planned to correct my problem.

This was my first visit with Dr. Heyrman, due to a referral from my regular eye Dr. I was very impressed with how thorough the appointment was, and I feel very confident in the treatment plan for my issues. Both the Dr and the nurse were very friendly and helpful.

The doctor and his technician were extremely pleasant and professional and I have great faith in their abilities. The only complaint was that time waiting for the doctor to come in after the technician checked everything was very long, 1-1/2 hours, and could have been better explained as I was waiting. It would be helpful if you could again have something to read in the magazine rack. 90 minutes seems extremely long when you are just sitting there.

Had a 845 appointment for an eye exam and consultation. Eye exam started 10 minutes late. Did not have the consultation with the doctor until 10. So 1:15 after my appointment. Doctor had good news about my vision and was very reassuring as to my condition which helped offset the frustration on the long delay. Patients time is valuable too.
