Great experience- professionsal, knowledgeable & friendly
From everything I have heard, he is an excellent surgeon. So I have great confidence in his skill. I just felt everything was rushed and I could not ask my questions. I don't feel I have enough information to proceed with the cataract surgery. The lens replacement is a one time only procedure.
Overall good experience. Great technicians, great front desk, great doctor. For me, my appointments with Dr. Heyrman are my most positive experiences in the Aurora healthcare organization. Other parts of the Aurora system should try to copy what he's accomplished. My other Aurora experiences are typically frustrating and leave me without the answers I need.
My only disappointment was the 50 minute wait after the tech finished and the doctor arrived.

I really appreciated the notes Dr. Heyman's office sent home with me for the continuing care at home. I had everything written down down for me and a schedule for drops. It was very helpful. I wish all Doctors would do the same. I can't forget what he has told me because all institutions were right there. It is terrific! Can't tell you how much this is appreciated.

Dr. Heyrman has ALWAYS been prompt, kind, professional, and knows my medical history and correlates it with vision care. He is a great educator and always tells me call him for any concerns. He is one of the best!!
