Hardworking team that deserves to feel appreciated

Dr.Heyrman is my eye doctor only. I see him every 6 month for exams .

Dr. is very good and through, knows what he is doing.

I had been waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes. When the receptionist told me a patient had arrived 20 minutes late for her appointment, I waited at least 10 more minutes, before being called. The late patient was told she might have to wait because she arrived late. Then she was the next one called! I was 20 minutes early for my 3:15 appt. She should have not been called before me. I was inconvenienced because SHE was late.

It was a great visit. Informative and reassuring. The doctor was awesome and his staff is terrific! It's always a pleasure.

I really trudt Dr Heyrman & feel fortunate to be his patient.
