Wait on X-ray result's is ridiculous
It was very good
I like Dr. Heyrman, however I think he is overworked. He came in and did his routine speech through out the exam. I tried to ask a question, he cut me off and continued. After doing that a few times I got upset and I just answered his questions and did not ask anything further. At the end of the exam, he asked if I had any questions and at that point I was mad and said No. I feel he is not listening to his patients as he is in a rush. I was not very pleased with this visit.
I always feel welcomed and helped when I see Dr. Thomas Heyrman. His staff is gracious and kind.
Dr. always takes time to talk and listen.

Took almost a half hr for the Dr to come in after assistant left me.
The wait is too long for seeing the doctor. I was told he was with another patient. I was there for 1-1/2 hours. It was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment.
