Wonderful experience with a great Doctor and staff.

Good doctor but no reason to be at a eye doctor appointment for more than 90 minutes for a pressure check

I waited for my appointment for almost an hour. I finally went back up to the check-in desk to find out that I was never actually checked in even though I did physically check in as soon as I got there.

Dr. Heyrman is a fantastic physician. He is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He explains information in a way that is easy to understand. He is very personable and relates well to his patients. He knows my medical history super well.

He was running behind schedule so I saw him about 45 minutes after scheduled appt but he and staff made a point of letting me know how much longer it would be. Did not feel like I was forgotten
