When making an appointment the receptionist didn't understand my appointment needs this happened twice I wasn't charged and Doctor said He would talk to them about it otherwise I really don't have any complaints ! Always a pleasure !

Dr. Thorsen might be my favorite provider. He explains things very thoroughly and encourages my feedback. He goes over all of my options and will back up my decisions. I really feel listened to.

My visit with Dr. Thorsen was a simple follow-up visit following a M.I.L.D. procedure. Everything looks to be O.K. and I will be starting P.T. next week.

Dr. Thorsen and his team was wonderful. From the time I checked in to the time I left. Everyone that entered the room greeted me with a smile, identified thereself and told me what is happening now and what will happen next. My wait time wasn't long at all. This is the first pain doctor. In many years, that said he could probably help me with my pain!

Everyone I encountered at my visit, the receptionist, medical assistant, RN, surgery scheduler and Dr Thorsen, was professional, helpful and wonderfully compassionate. I feel confident in the whole team's ability to do their best to treat my health concern.

Dr. Thorsen was very personable. I felt comfortable seeing him for the first time.I appreciated his emphasis on explaining my choices for treatment in a clear manner.
