This was my first appointment. I was very impressed with the office efficiency.

Dr Thorsen is always in time for his appointments. Will go through carefully my problems and explain everything to me. Before leaving the exam room always asks if there is anything else or if I have more questions. His staff is wonderful. Answers messaging quickly and with answers that I can understand. There should be more groups like his.

He was the first doctor that listened to me and didn't look at a computer screen while I was talking. He was very much concerned about my back problem. Gave options and let me make my decision regarding the plan for care.

Dr. Thorsen never rushes you. You are given time to ask questions. He is a very caring Dr. of pain management. I have recommended him to my friend when she had to wait months before she could get in to the Dr. that was recommended by her primary Dr.
