The reception area is noisier than a Costco or outdoor stadium. I stood all the way in the back and I could clearly hear the registration people that were 80 feet away over the loud piped in music. I counted the ceiling tiles. Very impersonal like an airport terminal

Dr Torres is Great!! Takes her time with her patients and explains everything. She's very popular booked months out! But Worth the wait !!

I have no complaints other than the timeliness of being seen. It's usually nearly 1 hour after my appointment time. This is very challenging for someone who works and is trying to balance healthcare appointments with other commitments. I did express this concern during my visit.
