They are always running late here. I arrived at 10:45 am for an 11am appointment and I was not seen until 11:35a and my doctor came into the room at 12 noon ish.? The customer service is poor here. O would have liked to know when I arrived that the doctor was running behind. Do better..this is a consistent and ongoing issue

Dr. Torres is attentive to the patient's needs and provides relevant information. What i appreciate most about her is that she takes the time to be in the moment with the patient, she doesn't rush thru the visit and is ready to provide resources that support the matter at hand, very valuable!
