Dr Liu is a god send

Dr. Liu (sp?) has an awesome bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable and was very skilled at doing the test he had to do.

I was happy that Dr. Liu was able to see me quickly, I had a problem with a hearing aid dome stuck in my ear. As usual Dr. Liu was nice and pleasant.

Dr. Liu did an excellent job address my immediate issue. I was unhappy, however, that the antibiotic ear drops prescribed cost $100+ for a one-week supply (after my insurance payment). I realize that this isn't the provider's fault, but would be nice if the providers could Rx the least-cost options when possible.

This was my first visit with Dr. Liu. He was great and took care of my problem immediately. I will recommend him very highly.

Dr Liu was very skilled in the lip biopsy procedure and most informative.

Attentiveness and thorough

Receptionist had a very good attitude, and the nurse guide me to the room. Check my blood pressure in a very timely manner and the doctor. Well, he's an amazing doctor.

Fast efficient service

They are good they're excellent when it comes to my health and goals and they let me know and I understand when they explain it to me I love Aurora. I continue to stay with an Aurora.
