Dr Liu is the ultimate professional. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr Liu examined both of my ears and let me know the the left ear tube would likely come out in about 3 months. Neither ear had wax and Dr Liu was pleased with my progress.

We waited 45 minutes in lobby, Dr.Liu spent 2 minutes to see my daughter for cleaning ear. Rushing in and out the room. All he said was " hi, let's look at your ears", "left side has more than right", " see you in 6month". Understand a medical doctor is over qualified for ENT clinical cleaning ear wax purposes.
Staff very friendly n went right in didn't have to wait very long for dr either and staff got back to me about scheduling a hearing test right away
