Been with Ted since he started his practice in Aurora, Always up front and open about medical situations.

He is a great doctor and he's very easy to talk to and he listens.

Dr. K. Spent a hour with me, a very good exchange back-and-forth. Came satisfied , Dr. Kulczycki is very thorough and inquisitive and gets to the root of my concerns.

Had appointment but staff failed to have blood test orders in place. Had visited lab 3 times in order to get tests done..last time was after my appt. I was told that I need to ask for them a different way. Lol. The orders should be requested when the appointment is scheduled.

I've known Dr Ted since he started his practice& it makes me feel more secure that he knows me & has gone through all my health problems with me, so doesn't have read my very large file, because he already knows it. We have a very good rapport and I hope he continues to be my pcp for a long time.

I frequently ask for explanations from Dr K regarding treatment from other Advocate doctors because he seems to be more willing to explain more options then other doctors.

I always feel that Dr. K is a good listener, and is willing to hear what I have to say about my health care. I enjoy my visits with him.
