Staff has always been pleasant and very helpful. A pleasure to be a patient here.

Dr. Kulczycki has been my primary for over 10 years. He is very thorough. If I have to say anything negative, it would be that the scheduling for a basic physical is often 4 to 6 months out. That's not on Dr. K. Advocate needs to hire more physicians.

I appreciate the efficiency and follow through with care I receive. I depend on my health care providers to use and convey their knowledge regarding my medical needs. I feel that I get that with Dr. Kulczycki's care.

My appointment was great. There is difficulty in scheduling appointments, return calls from staff and the LiveWell App. But once in the door, my appointment was great.
