I arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early like I was instructed, I was roomed and waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to enter and introduce herself. She did say she was with another patient that had some needs. She was very nice. I kindly asked if we could reschedule the appointment. I did do my research on her and very interested in seeing her. I did have another appointment that needed to get a family member to the airport on time so I did have to reschedule this appointment. The doctor was very accommodating and got me in as needed. I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Rafi is not only very on top of my medical concerns, she is very kind and easy to talk to.

I was initially hesitant to establish care with a new provider because I had a great rapport with my previous care provider, but Dr. Rafi has exceeded all expectations. Not only does Dr. Rafi provide a welcoming environment she listens to her patients concerns and provides solutions and support for her patients. I was very satisfied with her approach and assessment provided during my appointment she touched base on each concern. Not only is that important to me but so was her mannerisms and empathy as well as her empowering words for reassurance in myself as a patient. I couldn't have asked for a better provider to transition to. I highly recommend Dr.Rafi to everyone!! Needless to say my experience was great.

In my Live Well Chart it says that the nurse talked with me and that I verbally understood. He did not speak with me. He left me a voicemail and I returned the call and have not spoken with him. I am concerned about the blood test results and would like to verbally speak with him about those results. I will be returning the call again.

Absolutely love this doctor and everyone in here office!! I felt like they took the time to get all the information and were very patient with me. I hadn't seen a dr in a long time so there was much to talk about. I couldn't ask for a better physician

This was a new patient visit. I immediately felt comfortable from checking in to checking out. Every single person in Dr Rafi's office was so nice and made me feel at ease. I usually get nervous ("white coat syndrome") but that went away as soon as I checked in. Dr Rafi herself was so very kind, approachable, thorough and very knowledgeable. I am so very grateful for my experience and am extremely happy to have her as my new provider!
