Dr. Rafi and medical assistant treated me like a patient. Not a customer. Not a number. A patient. They gave me realistic responses to my habits and they first provided holistic methods to combat health and potential health issues. What I requested and what I expected from my Dr. visit was handled with urgency and beyond my expectations. As the visit was convenient, prompt, and my labs were processed quickly so I can immediately provide my specimens. My anxiety impulsed me to use the app to ask her/they some follow up question with no hope of them being responded promptly however they were responded immediately the next day. It was unfortunate my previous Dr. moved from my previous hospital and forced me to open my search for a new Dr and hospital. But unfortunate circumstances open new doors and I'm happy Dr. Rafi and her team at Aurora were able to answer it with better care that I didn't know existed. Thank you!

I like Dr. Rafi but the Aurora system to contact a doctor is very inconvenient. I would like to be able to call my doctor's office directly without going through the Aurora main number, listening to all the same prompts and messages, and then being told to leave a message. Not at all what I expect from the medical service.

The doctor tried to gaslight me. Nobody but one human other than me was wearing a mask in the entire hospital. Tons of people have Covid and are spreading it. Two new strains recently broke. But Biden declared it over... Goofy. Nobody is fully vaccinated, it's impossible. These doctors know these vaccines don't stop the spread of the virus and yet they're spreading the virus to patients possibly. This hospital and others need to be shut down until people stop behaving like animals. The doctor yesterday told me she wouldn't prescribe me the meds I need. She wouldn't send me to physical therapy eventhough I desperately need it. She also tried to put me on heart rate medication because my heart rate went up after she wouldn't listen to me. I had to explain over and over again what I need. She finally listened and somewhat helped me by giving me referrals. Most patients don't have my ability to advocate for themselves most likely. I'm furious. Your doctors and other doctors at other hospitals are evil. Maybe not all, but anyone not wearing a mask or helping their patients as much as possible or both, are pure evil. Y'all already probably know this though and just don't care about the patients and the rare employees who are masked up. It's insane. Your ER doctor told me not to return to ER. That was earlier this month. He wasn't wearing a mask, either! In the Emergency Room? What kind of twisted sick hospital system are y'all?
