The people working here are professional and pleasant. The facility is clean but cold. It lacks clarity on what to do upon arrival. I stood in front of multiple stations unsure which one to go to or who to speak to. The signs showing which treatment room to go to are limited and unclear. I was directed to go down a long hallway and guess which adjoining hallway to turn down to find my room number. Again, the people are great, the facility needs work.
Understanding happy
Dr. Hamada and her associates were pleasant, efficient, understanding and helpful.
The new location is very nice BUT, I think that when you are there to see your Doctor and there is so many people waiting for clinic, I think it would be better to split the waiting area so that we are not walking into a breeding ground for illness. I don't want to sound mean but it would be smarter to just divide the room with a wall or something.
As being a new facility, finding it was somewhat difficult. Being in a shopping Mall, parking wasn't as great as at the former location. It would be helpful to have a "pedestrian walkway" painted in front of the building, so that slow walkers can get across the road without being run down by cars. This would mean getting a stop sign installed by the city.
The video call went very well.
The new office is Cold and Sterile. Not a warm office at all.
1st time to new location ...Dr. Hamada always takes time with me never feel rushed.
My experience with Dr. Hamada has always been nothing but the best she's thorough she listens and then she tells me what prescriptions I need and what I can do to be better. I'm due for a wellness test with her and I'm very pleased to say that my care is excellent.
The person that checked me in for my appointment was very hesitant and unsure of my history.
