Being kept waiting more than 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time seems unreasonable. Nobody provided any updates for the delay. The new office set-up is not as good as the old one.

I was very impressed by Dr. Hamada's new facility. I was seen in a timely manner and all of the staff were very professional.

She's a great listener, is articulate, Forward thinking, and extremely knowledgeable. She's friendly and make sure that you get all the medicines and treatment that you need. She's good about ordering the necessary tests also. You can't ask for a better doctor. She is the best. You are lucky to have her on your staff.

Everything went smoothly, no problems at all.

I love Dr.Hamada, I know she will be late to my appointment but I like her and her personality so I'm okay with it. I'm not in love with the building. I walked myself to the room and sat in there alone for 20 minutes. This made me think no one was ever coming in. Then the medical assistant came in and did checked me in. Then she said the doctor will be right in which wasn't true the doctor came in 20 minutes after that. Then the doctor told me to wait for the medical assistant to check me out. I waited 5 minutes and then just left.
