My healthcare provider really cares about her patients she explains test results so that patients can understand results advises patients to always call her if you have any concerns or questions.
In my recent visit , I waited 40 minutes before asking the the admissions desk if my time on appointment was correct . She said I still had 2 clients ahead of me , but would check into it, in the meantime they called me back within a few minutes . That was a first time that happened . Everything went smooth after that .

I have had my provider for years and always gotten along with her. I normally have felt seen and understood. This visit was bad on a number of different levels. I was disappointed and a little traumatized by it. Definitely not what I was expecting.
