Not about the doctor...but, the waiting time... I would appreciate a message, warning me that there would be an hour delay on my appointment. I was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. There was no evidence (message board, screen, etc) that the doctor was an hour behind schedule. I had to ask the receptionist how long was the wait. She preceeded to tell me that the doctor was at least an hour behind her schedule. There should be a requirement to let the patient know ahead of time, by a phone call, a message, a text, anything to inform the patient. Our time is also valuable, with other commitments. It goes both ways. If the patient is late by 10 minutes, our appointment would be canceled. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment. I have nothing against the doctor, she is great! But, the time spent waiting without being notified is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
That she is a very good doctor and my daugther Recommend it her to me she is concern about her Patient health care thank you for your good care doctor.
I wish you could message doctor through the app again, you used to be able to. When you click message doc it just schedules an appointment. Not sure the best method to follow up with questions/changes.
My appointment was great. My questions were answered promptly and politely . I am very happy with my care providers. Thank you.
