Very efficient and kind. Even tho the practice was very busy, I was well taken care of. Also I had never met the doctor or his nurse before but they made me feel welcomed and like a regular patient.

I got there a little earlier...I was called quickly to register and waited a few minutes and got called to see Dr Desai...his assistant asked me questions to verify everything was correct and left to tell Dr im ready to see him...Dr Desai was very nice checked me out and went over xrays fir both shoulders in pain physical therapywould not help....then he told me I need surgery on both shoulders...so I was scheduled for left shoulder first since it in pain more...he explained the surgery and what he was going to do...
