The provider was amazing, 12/10, but the girls that work on the physical therapy side 2/10. They were unprofessional, giving me odd looks, eating at the desk. The main lady I was dealing with kept trying to convince me to just go home and call to make my therapy appointments versus making them in person with her. Then while looking at dates for appointments she says she has to pass me off to a lady that is in an office in the back "because we're about to get a rush and I can't do this." She was rushing to make my appointment and when I asked her "ok hold on, what was the date and time again to make sure I have it right" she tells me "I don't have time for that, I have to help her (and turns to look at her coworker) I'm going to print it out so you'll have it on paper." What a way to make a patient feel like they're bothering and annoying you for asking you to do your job. Their customer service skills are 0/10. Now the receptionists on the other side who check you in to see the providers, 11/10. They are so kind, you ask them 10 questions they help you with all of them with a smile. Go above on beyond, just lovely, kind ladies.

The visit with Dr Desai was very good, he told me everything was good with my labs, and H & P that was done by my primary Dr.. he then explained the procedure again to me and he answered all my questions that I had...there was on blood test I had to do so I did go to take the labs close to his office

I am fully satisfied with the service of the provider.

Very happy with Advocate and Dr. Desai. Only downside is the commute. Worth it through.
