I had a somewhat debilitating (but hopefully, non-recurring) balance/vertigo issue, the cause of which would have been most likely to be properly diagnosed within 24-48 hours. However, no appointments were available for 7 days, and to obtain even that required a call in and speaking with a triage nurse (LiveWell had repeatedly indicated there were no appointments available at all, in any time period). I did make and attend the appointment for a week later, but it would've been nice to have an additional route to expediting the appointment. It was difficult to get useful diagnosis after that time had passed. Urgent care and emergency care would not have been appropriate; but a week delay complicated things considerably. Otherwise -- no issue. I have a great doctor and find him (and his staff) to be very supportive and effective!

Unbelievable medical care As a new patient I found the staff and scheduling to be Thee Best My test results were available in hours I've Never had such Great Medical Attention and Care!!!! Dr Holcomb was incredibly attentive and the front end group were as positive and upbeat as ever I'm really impressed and pleased that I made the move to Aurora !!!!
